Rhett Warren

Rhett was born and raised in Mineral Wells, Texas, where he began learning the values that make him a good attorney today – honesty, integrity, hard work, and empathy.  After graduating from Mineral Wells High School, Mr. Warren headed to Texas Tech, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in finance, also earning a minor in Spanish.

After college, Rhett spent five years working for a Dallas hedge fund, where he traded equities and options, before returning to higher education at TCU to earn an MBA in Entrepreneurship. 

Following TCU, Mr. Warren worked in investment banking, owned a small business, and spent additional time as an equity trader for a small New York firm. 

Mr. Warren attended law school in Fort Worth at Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law), graduating #1 in his class.  In law school, Rhett was a team leader for the Wesleyan Innocence Project and a member of the Texas Wesleyan Law Review.

Rhett is active in the Palo Pinto County Bar Association, donates his time to the Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce, Friends of Lake Mineral Wells State Park and Trailway along with various other organizations and charities. He is an active runner, cyclist, triathlete, snow skier, and outdoorsman.

Mr. Warren’s education, personal background, and varied work experience allow him to discern and address legal issues from a perspective that few other attorneys can.  Having been a business owner, he knows that many areas of the venture must be considered in any legal decision, and he has the know-how to understand all aspects of a business.  Rhett uses his investment background to assess risk and weigh the potential outcomes in litigation, helping clients decide when to settle and when to go to trial.  And as someone who grew up working on the family farm and now owns residential, commercial, and farming properties, Rhett has personal experience dealing with diverse real estate issues.
